In our industry, it’s important to hire a coach. So, why can’t you just do it yourself? Or why can’t you just learn online? 

Concept and theory are great, but implementation is where the rubber meets the road.

I personally have several coaches.

I have a health coach who helps me through my migraines and recovering from multiple car accidents and surgeries. My coach helps me live my life in my new reality. I wasn’t ready to say “this is as good as it’s going to get”. So, I went out and spent thousands of dollars in the last 3 years to balance my body and my hormones and live a quality life.

Instead of finding a generic formula, I got a prescription just for me.

I don’t have just one financial advisor, I have three. Now, I know this sounds crazy. My Tax Strategist helps me leverage everything that I’m doing. I have an Investment Strategist that looks at my game plan and make informed decisions. My Business Strategist shows me how to take my goal and make millions by leveraging what I do.

My dad gave me a really strong work ethic. He told me “you can do whatever you want to do, you just have to work hard”. A small business is the best investment you can make. Leveraging YOU is your best asset. Find out what actions you need to take to grow and expand your business without killing yourself in the process.

Here are some questions you need to ask yourself as you look to hire a coach:

• What business skills do I need to implement?
  
• What level do you want to play at?
  
• Are there things you need to do differently to get there?

The more you learn, the more you earn!

Find out what areas you want to start taking control of and start taking action. Can you borrow money from somewhere or someone, if needed, to get you started? You might also consider a low-interest credit card.

A great coach will show you your path to greatness. They will show you what you don’t see and tell what you don’t want to hear, so you can be the person you KNOW that you can be.
