“Take the coins from your purse, invest them in your mind, and your mind will fill your purse overflowing.”
– Benjamin Franklin
Success isn’t accidental. Success is intentional and happens on purpose. “Intentionality” in business leads all roads to success.
What are you creating in your life? Does your business, your life light you up?
I make a difference with humanity every day and change lives for the betterment of humanity. My purpose is to inspire people to live their dreams and play outside of their box and create miracles for themselves and their families. My work is my purpose, and it brings me happiness, joy, abundance, and prosperity.
How do your intention and your purpose light you up?
What is the intention that you have for your business?
You have to have a why. You have to know what it is that is making you operate and take action in your business. Why do what you do?
Life is amazing because we live in possibility every day.
We are change agents that God has put here to help people live in the unknown and discover or uncover things they never thought possible.
All roads lead to money, but it can’t just be money because it will be unfulfilling.
Have you ever reached burnout before where you’re doing what you think you should be doing, but it’s not fun, and it’s not exciting?
If you know your intention, you know your why, and you will be able to get to the how.
Does your intention line up with your financial action plan?
You have to be in some kind of action for the results to occur. You can’t just sit and meditate and think of the goals or vision you have for yourself or your business.
You have to get out so that you can be seen and heard, and you can get paid.
Look at where you are stopped inside your limitation.
90% of relationships don’t line up because their values aren’t lined up. Your values in business and your personal life, have to be congruent. Because only then will a possibility open up.
Fuzzy targets won’t get hit. But clear targets keep productivity moving forward.
You can’t just wish and dream, have a vision board, or sticky notes and words on the wall saying the things you can do.
You need to create a value that creates that structure that keeps you in action and keeps you moving forward to do the simple doable things that you do every day to get you where you’re going.
Do you have that kind of clarity and focus?
How can you be a master planner? How can you execute your plans and not allow urgency and crisis to infringe on your personal space?
Crisis and urgency are the things that stress, upset, and overwhelm you. These are the things that could get you to burnout.
When you’re growing a business, and you’re inside of your business, there’s always going to be some kind of wave. There will always be some highs and lows. A flatline means there is no growth or innovation. Ride the highs and lows and then look to the middle where consistency is set, and growth is determined.
What’s that thing you’re putting in place to have that constant improvement on every product, service or department inside of your business?
A lot of times as an entrepreneur, we have to put on different hats. But you don’t have to do all, be all. Just focus on what hat you need to put on at the moment. Focus on what the highest income-producing activity is that only you can do. When you get really clear on what that is, you start manifesting money.
What do you need to do to get someone else to take action?
Action gets you to go out and do what you need to do.
You have to know yourself. When you know who you are, you know your limitations and the actions you need to take to grow.
Growth is when you’re out in the world having scary conversations and asking for help. A lot of us do not know how to ask for help.
But there is no way you will go to the next level being a lonely-preneur or being by yourself and doing it for yourself. You can’t get to the next level without people helping you, coaching you, or serving you.
If you allow your ego (or your she-go, ladies) to stop you from playing big in the world, you will miss the boat, and you won’t be able to play it big.
How do you play big in the world?
This is one of the biggest obstacles that most entrepreneurs are facing. Entrepreneurs tend to put their heads in the sand around their money.
I get it because I’ve been there, and I have been like that once upon a time. I had to close my bank account and open a new one because I couldn’t balance or manage my money. It was so frustrating. So, I hired a coach to help me manage and navigate my money.
You need to admit to yourself that you need help when you need help. We all need help sometimes. When you learn to be responsible with your money, you could learn to be debt-free and use money to grow.
There’s good debt and bad debt. Good debt is when you invest in your education and in those that will get you to grow.
When you invest in your education and do the work and take action, your purse will fill overflow.
You can’t be passive in your learning. You need to be in total radical action.
If you want to see business results, you have to always be motivated and in action. And the only way to do that is to have people who will always have your back.
You need to create a tribe around you who will be with you and support you as you grow. You can’t, and you shouldn’t grow alone. It is hard to grow alone because then it would be easier to fall back to your defaults.
Having a tribe allows you to become bold and outrageous. And being bold and outrageous gives you the courage to set your intentions, take action and take the obstacle-ridden roads that lead to success!
